You will be able to choose from 2 glass patterns and a wide selection of glass to make the design your own.

You will cut the glass, grind the edges, foil, solder and finish the panels. They will then be set into the handmade wooden ends (Sapele for the Art Neauvou style and Sycamore for the flower design). See the pictures for scale of how the bookends will look with both larger and typical paperback size books. This full day course will be taught by Bev and John Chappell from Crafted Wood & Glass. Suitable for adults only and please wear closed toe shoes.

9am to 5pm (bring your own lunch, coffee and tea provided)

Maximum 8 attendees

Due to the lead content in the solder, the course is not suitable if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
