In this slow stitching workshop you will learn about Boro, a traditional Japanese decorative mending technique using running stitch on indigo dyed fabric. You will be able to explore this lovely mindful technique with experienced textile artist Alex Hall and combine fabric and stitch to create your own unique and beautiful boro panel which can be finished as a coaster, a needle book cover, or special card. Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to more experienced stitchers. All materials and equipment provided, including tea and coffee.
